Assisting believers to acquiring a lifestyle of following Jesus.

Luke 10 Transformation (L-10-T) Lifestyle

The L-10-T course assists believers to acquire a lifestyle of following Jesus, based on Jesus’ sending of the 72 disciples in Luke 10. The course is designed for every believer older than 12. It is designed for extroverts and introverts, recent and experienced believers, direct evangelists and those who feel they cannot share their faith (on average 96% of all believers older than 12).

The L-10-T course teaches a believer to live a lifestyle of Prayer-Connect-Care-Share in a sensitive way so that every participant can allow themselves to grow in their being a disciple of Jesus.

There are two L-10-T courses: L-10-TA teaches you to do L-10-T and L-10-TB teaches you to train others to do L-10-T.

L-10-TA:

  • Learn how to do L-10-T.
  • The outcome will be that the student will be able to do L-10-T every day and will be able to make it a lifestyle of prayer, connect, care and share.

L-10-TB:

  • Learn how to teach others (including children 4-14) to do L-10-T.
  • The outcome will be that the student will know how to teach L-10-T, know the lesson behind the lesson and will know how to teach in different settings such as congregations, schools, prisons and organisations. The student will have the tools to become an L-10-T Trainer or Master Trainer.

Prerequisite: L-10-TA

L-10-T A and B are available via Zoom video-conferencing, online or face-to-face teaching (see the different schedules below).

Introduction to Prayer (IP)

The IP course is intended for believers who want to know more about Prayer and Intercession and how to improve their way of doing it. The modules covered are amongst others:

  • What is prayer?
  • Why pray?
  • The model prayer.
  • Different types of prayer and intercession.
  • Listening Prayer and Waiting on God
  • How to improve your prayer life from where you are.

Outcomes: The foundation of prayer and intercession for each student will be strengthened. On this foundation many rooms representing different types of prayer will be built or strengthened. Each student will have the opportunity to pray (mostly alone, or voluntarily in groups), thereby building their house of prayer and will have a building plan on how they will continue to build their prayer life after the course.

Advanced Prayer (AP)

The AP course builds on the IP and L-10-TA courses. (The IP and L-10-TA courses are prerequisites for the AP course).

The AP course assists the believer to go deeper with God in faith and prayer and intercession.

The modules of the AP course cover amongst others:

  • Praying the Word
  • Fasting and Prayer
  • Praying for an hour
  • Practising the Presence of God
  • Contemplative Prayer

Outcomes: The AP course will allow students to come closer to God in prayer. Each student's house of prayer will have some rooms completed and some rooms will start to be get a roof on. Students will receive the tools to complete their personal house of prayer over time and even to decorate some rooms. Each student will have the opportunity to practice the aspects of prayer learned (mostly alone, or voluntarily in groups). Each student will leave the course with a plan on how to continue to build their prayer life to come closer and closer to God.
