Mission Statement
The ICP exists to provide online short courses to equip Christian practitioners to work explicitly from a Christian worldview perspective in various career/ministry fields.
As a non-profit organisation that is a private, voluntary, organised, self-governed organisation that exists for societal benefits, the ICP offers opportunities for self-actualisation and personal fulfilment and it is an expression of spiritual beliefs through our volunteer programmes. The volunteer programmes are based on our values as described below.

- Love: is the core ethical principle that guides the organisation as it is expressed in Matthew 22: 37-38, “Love the Lord with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: "Love your neighbour as yourself."
- Integrity: is our commitment to be honest and trustworthy and incorruptible in decision-making and interaction with others.
- Excellence: is our commitment to strive for excellence in services provided..
- Equity: is our commitment to view people as equal and treat all people with fairness.
- Compassion: is our commitment to take note of the distress of others and to be tender hearted.
